I recently visited the Tog24 outlet in Kildare village, I had the most helpful Salesman named Ben who was really accommodating.

I am really impressed with Tog24 and their efficiency in dispatching orders, returns, customer services and quality of goods. I always look at their website first and am delighted with all my purchases over the past few years. If only other companies were as as good. Thank you Tog 24 Team.

Purchased craven mens overhead waterproof direct from Tog24 for a superb price. I love this waterproof. I have had so many waterproofs from 'outdoor' brands where the zip breaks (not great half way up in the rain) so I really wanted an overhead waterproof. Massive pocket and easy to put on. Super product which works and keeps you dry. This is the second one I've brought and the first one has done an overnight camp on Bowfell. Keeps you warm and dry and you can't ask for much more from a waterproof. Good quality material. The fact its from a Yorkshire company makes it all the more worthwhile.

My tog men's jacket in red, is warm Water proof and I had a problem with The zip and Velcro. Tog 24 at Mcathur Glen outlet at the east Midland changed it for me .other wise a superb men's jacket.

Fantastic customer service and communication from this company. First time I have shopped with them and will deffo be doing so in the future. Bought a softshell jacket from them. Everything about the shopping experience was perfect. Came as promised and I was kept informed of every step of it's journey to my house all the way. I'm really happy with the jacket. Great quality. I highly recommend TOG 24.

My daughter purchased a Tog24 ski jacket in preparation for a 2 month long trip to the alps. Unfortunately, on about the 3rd day of her adventures, the zip started to malfunction (it would not lie flat and would open without warning from the bottom). Since this was unsafe in sub-zero temperatures, she bought a replacement in the alps. On returning the jacket to Tog24, they claim the zip is fully functional and will therefore not issue a refund - this is not what my daughter experienced at all.

Ordered two items in their clearance sale. One waterproof jacket and the other was the down hooded parka jacket. Both items are of excellent quality and I would not hesitate in buying again from Tog24. Whenever I have a query I receive an answer within a couple of hours. Excellent quality, superb value for money and good after care.

I had cause to contact customer support because despite following washing instructions to the letter my jacket was ruined. All the down was clogged up in the corners of the jacket rendering the jacket unwearable. I contacted customer services for a solution and was recommended to use a certain washing liquid and tumble dryer balls available on their website - obviously at a cost! There was no sympathy for my situation and no workable solution offered. Given that the coats are expensive I was extremely disappointed. I expected more support - I have washed other expensive brands and not had this problem. I will not be wasting my money again.

Cheshire Oaks Outlet - To the three staff stood chatting around the till at circa 4 pm yesterday (Sun 19th feb) - your bad manners and attitude cost your company a £150 jacket sale. Just a little reminder, you are paid to assist and serve customers not to block them from looking at the companies products or look at them in disgust when they disturb your inappropriate non work related conversation by asking you politely to move to the side. No wonder the store is so quiet…….Tog 24 should take note and address this before it’s too late to recover from.

I ordered a pair of sandals from this company. Eight days after order andhaving received no dispatch information I contacted them. They undertook to send them by first class post. Just a few hours after that they cancelled my order.

I bought a Ladies Hudson jacket which came very quickly but my goodness the sizing is way out so it is getting returned. I bought size 14 (and I know that is my size) and it is massive. I think it is probably 2 sizes too big but am not going to risk reordering because of the hassle returning it. Shame because it is a lovely colour and I really like the style as well.

My Welwick coat's velcro fastenings have destroyed multiple pairs of my trousers and all the customer service has to say about it 'not our fault, we think you haven't used it properly'.
The velcro rubs on my trousers if I have only slipped the coat on without zipping it up or when I've undone the zip from the bottom to have more room to move. Isn't this a 'normal usage' for a coat??
You do not have to apply pressure to the velcro in order for it to rub against the trousers. Maybe you should get one out of your store and try it?

Purchased a Tog24 jacket and zip broke after very little use. Didn't think to keep the receipt so can't really follow up the guarantee...shouldn't need to have to after two months usage.

Garrick Waterproof Parka Took longer to be delivered than expected. However, the jacket is very nice: light weight and seems to be well made. It is not as warm as my feather & down jacket which is sadly no longer waterproof. I would say this jacket is comfortable above 5 degrees C. without having to add many sub layers. Not tested in the rain yet..

Their products are of very good quality and their customer service is superb. I am loving Tog24. I will shop again and again.
